Sonic AI Performance Review

The public Myfxbook account gives us more to work with than marketing screenshots alone. The useful question is not simply how much it made, but how the return was produced and how durable the statistics may be.

What the live record currently shows

The tracked account is identified by Myfxbook as a real USD account at TAG Markets using MetaTrader 5 and 1:500 account leverage. At our latest check it showed +27.56% gain, 1.16% monthly performance, 0.86% drawdown and 565 closed trades.

Win rate is strong — but not enough on its own

Myfxbook currently reports an 82% win rate for both long and short trades. The average winning trade is smaller than the average losing trade, which means the historical edge depends partly on maintaining a high win frequency.

Drawdown needs context

The 0.86% figure belongs to the underlying tracked strategy. Sonic AI itself warns that individual account drawdown may be materially higher when 24X amplification is used. Historical drawdown is evidence of what happened, not a ceiling on what can happen next.

Put the return into context

A monthly percentage becomes much easier to misunderstand once amplification and compounding enter the picture. Soniqe therefore separates the observed underlying strategy result from hypothetical investor-level scenarios.

Our reading

The public history is useful and materially better than a backtest-only claim. But the sample is still relatively young. We would watch whether the win rate, profit factor and drawdown remain stable as the strategy encounters more market regimes.
